A one-hour meeting for parents who sense something is not right but are not sure what. We talk through your concerns, explore your options and suggest strategies.
Who it suits
Parents who are unsure what is behind a concern about learning, attention, behaviour or emotions, and want advice before deciding on next steps.
If an assessment is recommended, this consultation is included in the assessment fee.
What is involved
- A one-hour meeting with Samantha at the Mosman Park practice.
- A discussion of your concerns and your child’s background.
- Advice on your options, including which assessment, if any, would suit.
- Extra strategies you can use in the meantime.

Do we need a GP referral?
No. Parents can contact Psychology House directly.
Is the consultation included in the assessment fee?
Yes. If an assessment is recommended and goes ahead, the consultation is included in the assessment fee.
